Adding Your Property to the Property Sales By Owner Portal is Easy.

Setting up your property sales page.

• Print out and read our instructions for putting your information on our site, go here.
• Take your digital photgraphs and adjust so you have a maximum width or height to 600 pixels and image resolution of 72 pixels per inch.
• Write out your property description.
• Read our Vendors Terms and Conditions.
• Complete the form at the bottom of this page and submit .
• We will send you an email requesting some basic information about your property i.e. location and type of property etc.
  
• Return our email and we will send you your password and a link to your sales page .
• Upload your pictures, description etc. Your property will then be displayed on our listings. Check everything is OK.When your property sales page is live we will forward all enquiries directly to you in real time, with no delays.
• Once your property is displayed we will send you a payment request for $7.  How you can pay.
  
• If you have not payed within 7 days we will remove your property from our listings until you pay.
• After six months we will send you an email asking you if you wish to continue advertising with us. If you reply within 7 days we will keep your property on the website for a further six months (no additional charge). If you do not reply we will keep your details avialable for 21 more days and if you wish to reinstate your property we will charge a further $7.
